Frank Daniels was found on the bank of the Ohio River in Wellsville on September 8, 1974. He had been badly beaten & drowned. He was only 14 years old.
There has been speculation over the years that the police were not interested in solving this case and that family members were threatened that they would suffer the same fate if they came forward. There are some interesting theories by family members if you read the comments on the ccfhv website. I know a few family members and I know this haunts them so please come forward if you know anything.
